Supervisor / Operations & Business Development – Mobile & Electronics Retail

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to join our growing mobile & electronics retail business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in running daily operations, strengthening accounting control, and supporting business growth across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily sales and operational activities across branches.
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and reporting accuracy.
• Support accounting monitoring, financial control, and cost management.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle multi-tasking operational challenges and solve day-to-day business issues.
• Manage staff professionally across different nationalities and build a strong team culture.
• Suggest and implement ideas to expand the business and improve profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer experience across physical stores and online platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong background in stock management and accounting control (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in retail supervision or store/branch management.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Target-driven mindset with ability to meet monthly sales goals.
• Ambitious and willing to grow into higher management responsibilities.
