Master's degree in Civil Engineering
5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in construction techniques and budget management
Expertise in industry software (AutoCAD, ROBOBAT, Microsoft Project, Primavera)
Strong knowledge of the construction industry and equipment
Technical English proficiency
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and organizational abilities
Hard Skills: Cost estimation and analysis, project management, financial acumen, risk analysis, and value engineering
