Sales Representative for Exotic fruits and Vegetables

We are setting up a new company in Muscat-Oman specializing in importing Fresh Produce (sweet potatoes and exotic fruits) from Indonesia and are seeking a dynamic sales professional to introduce our flagship product Premium Indonesian Sweet Potatoes to the local market.
The result-oriented سيلز مبيعات Representative should have 3-5 years’ experience in the fresh produce industry and will be the driving force behind our B2B sales, responsible for contacting and securing contracts with wholesalers, distributors, and supermarket chains.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage potential wholesale buyers, greengrocers, and supermarket purchasing managers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing for sweet potatoes and other tropical produce.

Qualifications
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the fresh produce, food, or agricultural sector.
• Industry Knowledge, Strong understanding of the supply chain involving wholesalers and supermarkets.
• Ability to form and maintain strong network within the local retail or wholesale food industry
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
