We Look for Reservation & Operations Supervisors Junior Levels - Fresh graduate
This job requires somebody who is loyal, who can work according to set systems, checklists, has social media skills, is diplomatic and has very good interpersonal skills.
JOB SKILLS
1. Bachelor's degree in business, travel, hotel or any related field.
2. Planning, organizing and filing skills.
3. Computer skills (Microsoft office Applications).
4. Good spoken and written English
5. Following up on routes and journeys and generating a weekly report about these statuses of routes and journeys. This entails contacting clients and putting a daily schedule for the driver who works on.
6. Monitoring staff performance as per daily schedule sent to manager
7. Supervises the reservation functions for the Car Rental ensuring all reservations are processed in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. Manages and coordinates activities of reservation team members providing reservations and customer services skills.
8. Achieving customer satisfaction and room revenue goals while taking guests through the booking process. Assist the reservation manager or operation manager with budgeting, forecasting, and hiring, retaining and developing reservations and customer service employees.
