- Civil Estimation and Quantity Survey Engineer

Our projects encompass a diverse range of civil works, including roads, earthwork, and large-scale infrastructure projects. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are in search of a proficient and motivated Civil Estimation and Quantity Survey Engineer to join our team.



Key Responsibilities:

- Create accurate and detailed cost estimates for civil projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.

- Perform comprehensive quantity surveys to precisely determine resource needs and materials for tendering purposes.

- Collaborate closely with project teams to understand project nuances and provide cost-effective strategies.

- Analyze project plans, blueprints, and technical documents to establish accurate scope and estimation parameters.

- Oversee and manage project costs, variations, and expenditure throughout project lifecycle.

- Maintain thorough documentation and records related to estimation and quantity surveying activities.

- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure streamlined project progression.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Proven track record in civil estimation and quantity surveying, particularly within infrastructure, roads, and earthwork projects
Proficiency in relevant estimation and surveying software tools
Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Capability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
At least 5 years of experince
