- Collect samples and perform physiochemical analysis for raw materials Packing materials, semi-finished products & finished products as per the inspection plan.

- Collect samples and perform microbiological analysis for raw materials, packing materials, semi-finished, and finished products as per the inspection plan.

- Inspect the quality of finished products for the Alamal set of standards, and establish level of confidence by random sampling of packaging units of finished products after completing the production process.

- Record test results and make Data analysis and coordinate with concerned people for proper actions.

- Maintain good documents and records keeping of lab related documents and records

- Monitor the accuracy of weighing scales & other measuring devices and calibrate them as per the plan.

- Verify rejection of materials from the production floor. Follow up segregation of defected materials and corrective actions.

- To assist Quality Manger in Research & development trials (Online as well as Lab trials).

- Propose effective suggestions for continual improvement of the company

- To enter the quality parameters for each inspection lot Generated in ERP system.

- To maintain good housekeeping, hygienic condition and Good Laboratory Procedures (GLP) in Quality Laboratory.

- To perform any other activities assigned by the superiors
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food technology, Chemistry, Biology, biochemistry or any related field.
