Your GCC market exposure has sharpened your ability to navigate regional standards, project cycles, and the technical scrutiny that defines this space.

What You'll Own

• Drive end-to-end sales cycles for LV and MV switchgear products across key accounts and project opportunities
• Translate complex technical specifications into compelling value propositions for consultants, contractors, and end-users
• Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and specification meetings with design engineers and project managers
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to configure custom switchgear solutions meeting project requirements
• Monitor tender portals, pre-qualify opportunities, and submit technically compliant commercial proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the GCC power infrastructure sector
• Provide market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing trends, and evolving regulatory standards

What You Bring

• 5+ years of proven sales engineering experience specifically in switchgear manufacturing (LV/MV)
• Demonstrated track record in GCC markets with established network among consultants, contractors, and utilities
• Deep technical fluency in IEC standards, switchgear design principles, protection coordination, and substation integration
• Ability to read and interpret single-line diagrams, technical specifications, and BOQs
• Experience working with type-tested assemblies, withdrawable/fixed pattern switchgear, and smart grid ready solutions
• Strong commercial acumen with history of closing high-value, long-cycle technical projects
• Engineering degree (Electrical/Power) preferred; equivalent technical expertise accepted
