About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to commercial and residential clients. You will combine technical knowledge of HVAC products with strong sales skills to meet revenue targets and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVAC systems and services.
• Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and close deals.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new HVAC technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HVAC sales is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is mandatory.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Existing network within the Kuwaiti construction or facilities management sector.
• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
