Lead Specialist HR Analytics, Workforce Planning & Reporting

Key Responsibilities
- Lead HR analytics initiatives to drive data-driven decision making across the organization
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models, forecasting headcount needs and skill gaps
- Design, build, and automate HR dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
- Collaborate with HR business partners and finance to align workforce plans with business strategy
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis on workforce data including turnover, retention, diversity, and productivity metrics
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with GDPR and local labor regulations
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Manage HR data warehouse and integrate multiple data sources (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll)
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes and analytics capabilities
- Mentor junior analysts and promote data literacy within HR function
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or people analytics
- Proven track record of building predictive models and workforce forecasting solutions
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction and analysis
- Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, QlikView)
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar)
- Deep understanding of workforce planning methodologies, scenario modeling, and headcount budgeting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English; French or German language skills are a plus
