Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, you're the architect of digital strategy across multiple brands, the analyst who turns data into decisive action, and the creative force that refuses to let any channel underperform.

What You'll Own

• Develop and execute the group-wide digital marketing strategy across all brands and channels
• Manage end-to-end campaigns: SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing
• Own the digital budget, allocating spend for maximum ROI and reporting on performance to leadership
• Lead analytics and reporting: set KPIs, build dashboards, and translate insights into optimization roadmaps
• Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives
• Stay ahead of platform changes, emerging tools, and competitive shifts to keep the group at the forefront

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably managing multi-brand portfolios
• Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms
• Strong analytical mindset: you can segment data, run A/B tests, and articulate the story behind the numbers
• Ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and prioritize initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills — you influence stakeholders and translate technical complexity into clear business impact
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
