PepsiCo, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Revenue Growth Management Manager to join its team in Egypt. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth through the development and execution of revenue management strategies across the North Africa region. As a key member of the commercial team, you will leverage data analytics, trade investment optimization, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth management (RGM) strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market data, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify revenue opportunities.
- Optimize trade promotion effectiveness (TPE) and manage trade investment budgets to maximize ROI.
- Lead pricing strategy development, including price pack architecture (PPA) and promotional pricing.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment and execution of RGM initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, volume, and profitability.
- Drive the adoption of RGM best practices and tools across the organization.
- Conduct post-promotion analysis and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue growth management, trade marketing, or commercial finance within the FMCG industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies, trade promotion management, and category management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive results in a matrix organization.
- Experience working in a multinational company is highly preferred.
