About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pricing Team Lead to oversee and drive our pricing strategy. In this leadership role, you will manage a team of pricing analysts, conduct hands-on market analysis, and perform competitor benchmarking to optimize pricing models. Your insights will directly influence revenue growth and market positioning.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the pricing team, ensuring efficient workflow and cross-functional collaboration.
• Execute hands-on pricing tasks including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and cost modeling.
• Source and evaluate local suppliers to support pricing decisions and cost optimization.
• Develop and maintain pricing databases and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing tactics to maintain competitive advantage.
• Present pricing recommendations and performance reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in pricing, market analysis, or revenue management.
• At least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and pricing software.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the local Egyptian market and supplier sourcing.
• Knowledge of pricing optimization tools and CRM systems.
• Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
