Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Quality Manager to join our team in Kuwait. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of quality control within the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing raw materials, production processes, and final product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate quality control activities for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Implement and maintain food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues in the manufacturing process.
• Train and mentor quality assurance staff to enhance team performance and quality culture.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, and R&D teams to optimize product quality and reduce waste.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience in the food manufacturing industry with a focus on quality control.
• Strong knowledge of raw material inspection, process control, and final product testing.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000) and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality auditing.
