About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in Kuwait, specializing in ready-mix concrete products. This role is critical for driving revenue growth, ensuring timely and safe deliveries, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the construction and building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the safe and on-time delivery of ready-mix concrete to clients, coordinating with logistics and truck drivers.
• Increase revenue by actively marketing concrete products to contractors, developers, and construction firms across Kuwait.
• Analyze competitor behavior and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and adjust pricing strategies.
• Dispatch trucks and ensure efficient distribution of products to customer sites while maintaining safety standards.
• Build and maintain a robust client portfolio through regular field visits and follow-ups.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support management decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the ready-mix concrete or construction materials industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Kuwaiti construction market and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Valid Kuwait driving license and ability to travel across governorates.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with concrete mix specifications and quality control processes.
• Experience using CRM software for sales tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
