About the Role

Arrow's Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS) business is a global technology enablement company that brings innovative IT solutions to market. We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join our team in Morocco. In this role, you will analyze and improve business processes, support operational efficiency, and drive data-informed decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and implement process enhancements.
• Support strategic initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Assist in the preparation of business cases, forecasts, and operational plans.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reporting tools.
• Participate in projects aimed at optimizing supply chain, sales operations, and customer delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English and French or Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the IT or technology enablement industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL or other data querying languages.
