Join the Technical Services team at ProConcept as an Associate, Infrastructure Services. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in IT infrastructure, network management, and systems administration. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the company's technical infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
• Implement and maintain security protocols and data backup procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project deployments.
• Document infrastructure configurations and changes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, or systems engineering.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, server operating systems, and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Azure are a plus.
