About the Role

As an Oracle ULA (Unlimited License Agreement) Sales Specialist, you will be a strategic commercial and licensing leader responsible for driving Oracle ULA opportunities across the region. This role focuses on maximizing customer value through tailored licensing solutions while achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify ULA opportunities within existing and new customer accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for ULA renewals and expansions.
• Collaborate with Oracle sales teams, solution engineers, and legal to structure complex licensing agreements.
• Conduct business reviews and present ULA value propositions to C-level executives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Oracle licensing policies, cloud programs, and competitive landscape.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise software sales, with at least 2 years focused on licensing or ULA deals.
• Skills: Proven track record in consultative selling, negotiation, and contract management.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle product portfolio, licensing metrics, and cloud migration strategies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Language: Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling to large enterprises in Egypt or the MENA region.
• Familiarity with Oracle ULA renewal cycles and compliance audits.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud or licensing programs.
