About the Role
Join Vodafone as a Strategic Programs & M&A Integration Lead and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of connectivity. This high-impact position is responsible for driving strategic initiatives and leading merger and acquisition integration efforts across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of complex programs that align with Vodafone's global vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end strategic programs from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Manage M&A integration projects, coordinating due diligence, planning, and post-merger integration activities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor program performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and HR.
- Identify process improvements and best practices to enhance integration efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies during integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, M&A integration, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional projects in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Experience in the telecommunications or technology sector is highly desirable.

- Deep understanding of M&A lifecycle and integration frameworks.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Change management expertise (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Financial acumen and experience with valuation models.
