We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Cairo, Egypt. This role focuses on expanding revenue within existing client portfolios by promoting our full suite of products and services. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, drive upsell opportunities, and ensure accurate sales documentation aligned with corporate standards. Strong client relationship management and a hunter mindset are essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing customer base to maximize revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers across assigned accounts
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities through proactive account analysis
- Record all sales transactions accurately in compliance with approved company procedures and CRM protocols
- Manage sales pipeline effectively, forecasting revenue with high accuracy on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-sale
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to demonstrate value and uncover new needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar client-facing sales role
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to analyze client data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
