What You'll Own

• End-to-end technical leadership and direct oversight for all Telecom and AFC equipment and networks, ensuring continuous 24/7 operational excellence
• Performance monitoring, root-cause analysis, and proactive improvements across all linked systems
• Validation and evolution of system designs, configurations, and integration with overall infrastructure
• Coordination with cross-functional teams and vendors to solve complex, time-critical issues
• Documentation of architecture, troubleshooting protocols, and upgrade roadmaps
• Mentorship of junior engineers, setting a pace of precision and accountability

What You Bring

• Deep, hands-on experience in Telecommunication systems, Automatic Fare Collection, and related transport infrastructure, proven over multiple high-stakes projects
• Expert-level understanding of network protocols, hardware integration, and system performance KPIs
• Track record of implementing improvements that measurably reduce downtime and boost system integrity
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to make swift, data-driven decisions under pressure
• Fluency in collaborating across departments and communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
