- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in IT Change Management within enterprise environments
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification mandatory; Practitioner or Intermediate in Service Transition preferred
- Proven track record managing Change Advisory Board (CAB) processes and emergency change procedures
- Strong command of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy) for change lifecycle automation
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies, rollback planning, and post-implementation reviews
- Fluent English communication skills; Arabic proficiency required for local stakeholder engagement

- Evaluate, prioritize, and schedule all standard, normal, and emergency change requests across VOIS Egypt infrastructure
- Facilitate weekly CAB meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track action items to closure
- Collaborate with Release Management to align change windows with deployment calendars and minimize service disruption
- Conduct impact assessments for proposed changes, identifying dependencies across network, cloud, and application layers
- Enforce change policies including unauthorized change detection, retrospective approvals, and compliance reporting
- Develop and maintain change management dashboards showing KPIs: success rate, backlog aging, emergency change frequency
- Mentor junior coordinators on ITIL best practices, tool workflows, and stakeholder communication protocols
- Partner with Problem Management to analyze failed changes and implement preventive controls
