Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing financial statement audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and local regulations.


• Perform risk assessment procedures, evaluate internal controls, and test account balances across diverse industry sectors.


• Prepare audit working papers and documentation supporting audit conclusions for review by senior team members.


• Collaborate with engagement teams to identify accounting issues under IFRS and local GAAP, and communicate findings clearly.


• Contribute to audit reporting processes, including drafting management letters and financial statement disclosures.


• Participate in client meetings and maintain professional relationships with client finance teams.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Audit (Bachelor's or Master's level).


• Strong knowledge of IFRS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA).


• Proficiency in audit methodology, financial statement analysis, and internal control evaluation.


• Experience with audit software (e.g., CaseWare, TeamMate) and advanced Excel skills.


• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is an asset for the Tunis market.
