What You'll Own

• Lead the development and execution of market access strategies for our oncology portfolio in Egypt.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders: ministry officials, payers, health authorities, and patient groups.
• Drive health economic and outcomes research to support value communication.
• Own the pricing and reimbursement submissions, negotiations, and approvals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, regulatory, and commercial teams to align access plans.
• Monitor and anticipate changes in healthcare policy and market dynamics.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in market access, health economics, or public health policy within the pharmaceutical industry in Egypt.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian healthcare system, including reimbursement mechanisms and regulatory pathways.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into compelling value stories.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• A track record of successfully launching oncology products or navigating access for specialty therapies.
