What You'll Own

• Full operational leadership of the branch, including daily workflow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Driving revenue growth and cost control to meet and exceed branch targets.
• Building, training, and motivating a high-performing team that delivers consistent results.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues with professionalism.
• Monitoring branch KPIs, preparing reports, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a branch manager or in a senior operational leadership role.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage P&L, budgets, and sales targets.
• Excellent people management and coaching skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
