What You'll Own

• End-to-end data pipeline architecture: Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, process, and store data from multiple sources.
• Data infrastructure strategy: Drive decisions on storage, compute, and orchestration tools to ensure optimal performance and cost.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Quality and governance: Implement data quality frameworks, monitoring, and alerting to guarantee data integrity.
• Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related field.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and distributed computing frameworks like Spark.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka, etc.).
• A track record of delivering complex data projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
