About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Agent (Agent de Facturation) for a temporary contract based in Casablanca. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer invoices, verifying billing data, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial transactions. Core Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices and credit notes in accordance with company procedures.
• Verify accuracy of billing data including customer information, rates, and contract terms.
• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve disputes with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain up-to-date records of payments, outstanding balances, and account statuses.
• Generate periodic billing reports for management review.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure seamless month-end closing processes.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bac+2 or equivalent diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative financial role is mandatory.
• Languages: Proficiency in French; knowledge of Arabic and English is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, ERP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
