What You'll Own

• Lead and execute site-level enrollment strategies that consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets
• Collaborate with principal investigators, coordinators, and community partners to design and implement engagement plans
• Monitor and analyze enrollment data daily, adjusting tactics in real time to overcome barriers
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians, patient advocacy groups, and local organizations
• Create and deliver training materials for site staff on effective recruitment and retention techniques
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all enrollment-related inquiries and escalations

• Proven experience in clinical trial recruitment, patient engagement, or site management within the pharmaceutical or research industry
• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations in patient recruitment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you can inspire trust and action in diverse audiences
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
• Self-starter attitude: you take ownership, solve problems proactively, and hold yourself accountable
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is highly valued
