Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead the execution of business plans and drive volume growth across a designated territory. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating accurate volume forecasts, collaborating with the section manager and sales representatives at all trade levels, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your strategic oversight will directly impact market share expansion and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate volume forecasts to guide inventory planning and supply chain alignment.
• Lead the execution of business plans to meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned area.
• Work closely with the section manager and sales reps across all trade levels to ensure consistent implementation of sales strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvement and training.
• Manage budget allocations and resource distribution to optimize territory coverage and sales efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional or area sales capacity.
• Strong understanding of volume forecasting and business planning processes.
