What You'll Own

• Develop and maintain tracking systems for patient follow-ups, resource allocation, and service quality metrics
• Liaise with public and private healthcare partners to align support care protocols with clinical pathways
• Lead crisis response when patients face sudden social, logistical, or emotional breakdowns during treatment
• Train and supervise support staff and volunteers on patient-centered communication and operational standards
• Produce monthly operational reports that translate field realities into strategic insights for leadership

What You Bring

• Proven experience in healthcare operations, patient navigation, or care coordination — preferably in oncology or chronic disease settings
• Deep familiarity with Morocco's healthcare ecosystem, including public hospitals, private clinics, and associative networks in Casablanca
• Fluency in French and Arabic (Darija); English is a strong asset for international collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch in resource-constrained, high-stakes environments
