Role Overview

We are the team behind the best customer interactions for the world’s most innovative brands. We are currently hiring Commercial Advisors to join our growing team in Casablanca, Morocco. This position offers a fixed schedule, weekends off, and an attractive performance-based bonus structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or digital channels.
• Promote and sell products or services while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems in real time.
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Adhere to compliance, quality, and data security standards.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken); proficiency in Arabic or English is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is advantageous.
• Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (call center experience preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work a fixed schedule with guaranteed weekends off.
• Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a B2C or B2B sales environment.
• Familiarity with customer experience (CX) platforms and omnichannel support.
• Multilingual capabilities (French, Arabic, English).
