About the Role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a division of Arrow Electronics (Fortune 150 company with 16,500+ employees across 58 countries), is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team in Morocco. This role drives revenue growth across enterprise computing, data center, and cloud solutions portfolios for the North African market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales representatives covering Morocco and Francophone Africa territories
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for enterprise hardware, software, and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and value-added resellers (VARs)
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Collaborate with vendor partners (Dell Technologies, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, NetApp, VMware, etc.) on joint business planning and demand generation
- Analyze pipeline metrics, forecast accuracy, and team performance using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and skill development workshops
- Identify new market opportunities in cloud infrastructure, hyperconverged infrastructure, and digital transformation solutions
- Coordinate with field sales, pre-sales engineers, and solution architects for complex enterprise deals
- Ensure compliance with Arrow's sales methodologies, pricing policies, and channel programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in inside sales or channel sales within IT distribution, enterprise computing, or technology solutions
- 2+ years in a sales management or team lead role with direct reports
- Proven track record of achieving quota and developing high-performing sales teams
- Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure: servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal); Arabic is a strong advantage
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to travel within Morocco and occasionally to regional offices
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing vendor-specific partner programs (Dell Titanium/Platinum, HPE Partner Ready, Cisco Channel)
- Background in software-defined data center, hybrid cloud, or as-a-service consumption models
- Familiarity with Arrow's ECS portfolio and value-added services (logistics, financing, professional services)
- Existing network of channel partners and enterprise accounts in Morocco/North Africa
