Chase Resourcing is delighted to announce the position of Avionics Lecturers/Instructors with our client in Oman. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced aviation professionals to shape the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers. Located in a modern training facility, the role focuses on delivering high-quality technical education in avionics systems, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for the aerospace industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lecture series and hands-on lab sessions covering avionics fundamentals, aircraft electrical systems, navigation, communication, and autoflight systems.
• Design, update, and assess curriculum materials to align with international aviation standards and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate student performance through examinations, practical assessments, and project work, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
• Supervise students during workshop and simulator sessions, enforcing safety protocols and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with fellow instructors to ensure consistency across modules and contribute to continuous improvement of training programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• A recognized degree or diploma in Avionics, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in avionics maintenance, repair, or engineering, preferably with an airline, MRO, or defense organization.
• Teaching or training experience in a vocational, technical, or higher education setting is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
