About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Accountant to join a leading contracting company. This full-time role is based on-site and offers a competitive salary to be determined after the interview. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the project's financial health.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site financial transactions, including daily expense tracking and petty cash management.


• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and payment vouchers.


• Monitor project budgets and report any discrepancies to the finance department.


• Coordinate with procurement teams to verify and process supplier and subcontractor invoices.


• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.


• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and local accounting regulations.


• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a site accountant or in a similar accounting role within the contracting or construction industry.


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.


• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
