Shape the built environment from concept to completion. We are looking for a Civil Design Coordinator to drive cross-functional engineering workflows, bridging business objectives with technical design delivery on active infrastructure projects.

What you will do:

• Coordinate civil design packages across multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Manage design schedules, deliverables, and interface between structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines
• Review and ensure civil design outputs meet project specifications and regulatory standards
• Support systems engineering processes that balance technical feasibility with business requirements
• Contribute to design reviews, clash resolution, and constructability assessments

What we need from you:

• Background in civil engineering, infrastructure design, or a closely related discipline
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent civil design software
• Strong coordination and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with systems engineering principles and cross-functional project workflows
• Ability to manage multiple design streams and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
