Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading Non-Woven factory in Egypt. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary determined after interview. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of all mechanical equipment in the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical faults in non-woven production equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machinery performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in non-woven or textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using diagnostic tools.
