Senior Quantity Surveyor الجزائر للعمل في البناء والمقاولات

Petrofac, a leading international service provider to the energy industry, is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Algeria. We design, build, manage, and maintain energy infrastructure for a diverse client portfolio including many of the world's leading energy companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of quantity surveying and cost estimation for energy and construction projects
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and contract administration
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and budget management throughout project lifecycles
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Prepare progress reports, variation assessments, and final accounts
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure cost efficiency
• Evaluate and manage claims and disputes related to project costs

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying within the energy, oil & gas, or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar standard forms)
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Professional certification (e.g., RICS or equivalent) is highly preferred
