About the Role

Vodafone Egypt is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Marketing Lead to drive strategic marketing initiatives for our business segment. In this pivotal role, you will shape the future of connectivity by developing and executing marketing campaigns that accelerate growth, enhance brand loyalty, and capture market share across Egypt's telecom landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for B2B products and services.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver compelling customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral, digital campaigns, and sales enablement tools.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing budgets and tactics for maximum ROI.
• Drive thought leadership content and events to position Vodafone as a market leader in enterprise connectivity.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in business marketing, preferably within telecom, technology, or B2B sectors.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
• Skills: Proven track record in campaign management, data-driven marketing, and team leadership.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Technical: Proficiency in CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics dashboards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Egyptian telecom market or large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing for business audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
