Description
As the HR Director at Project Nest, you’ll play a
vital role in shaping our company’s culture and guiding HR
practices to support strategic goals. Your expertise will drive a
positive, productive, and compliant workplace, ensuring every
employee has a rewarding experience aligned with our standards of
excellence
Key Responsibilities
Hiring
Develop and implement
recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Oversee the entire
hiring process, from job postings to interviews and candidate
selection
Staffing
Ensure staffing levels meet company needs by
coordinating with department heads on staffing
requirements
Oversee workforce planning to fill positions
promptly
Onboarding
Create onboarding programs that introduce new
hires to company etiquette, values, and policies
Facilitate
smooth employee integration through orientation
sessions
Continuous Training & Development
Design ongoing
training and professional development programs for
employees
Identify training needs to address skill gaps and
enhance competencies
Performance Management
Manage performance
appraisal systems and create incentive programs to motivate top
performers
Recognize and reward high-performing
employees
Conflict Resolution & Employee Relations
Handle
employee conflicts with fairness, offering guidance and support
to managers
Promote a positive workplace through engagement
initiatives
Team Building Activities
Plan team-building events
that foster collaboration and workplace morale
Encourage an
inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives
Labor Law
Compliance & Policy Development
Ensure compliance with Kuwait
labor laws, updating policies to align with legal
requirements
Fleet Management
Oversee car and driver safety, fuel
usage, and adherence to traffic regulations
Maintaining Employee
Record-keeping
Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date
employee records.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of
employee data.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and
company paperwork, ensuring all records are regularly updated and
renewed in compliance with legal requirements. Ensure accurate

Qualifications
Proven experience in senior HR
management, with knowledge of Kuwait labor laws
Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency
in HR software (e.g., Zoho, Odoo) and Microsoft Office
Suite
Discretion with sensitive and confidential information
