(Must speak fluent English) We are currently seeking a reliable
Dispatcher who will serve as the first point of contact and
communication for all incoming calls. *6 days/week
Monday-Saturday We need dispatchers for both B & C shifts. *B
shift- 2:00pm - 10:00pm *C shift- 10:00pm - 6:00am *Pay rate
$450JD to $750JD. Rate is based on experience, skill and
performance. Dispatcher Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet
all incoming calls in a professional & courteous manner and
process all requests. - Input all work related information into
our dispatching system. - Follow up with all messages and
requests both to and from technicians. -Relay all information
requested to management to maintain smooth flow of
work. Dispatcher Requirements and Qualifications: - Customer
service skills. - Fluent in English (oral and written), Spanish
is a plus. - Accurate typing with experience in data entry. -
Active listener with good communication skills/Follow
instructions.
