Qualifications: • 23 years of experience in social media
marketing, content creation, or digital marketing (real estate
experience a plus).• Knowledge of the real estate market and
its target audience (homebuyers, sellers, investors).•
Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere,
Final Cut, etc.).• Strong written and verbal communication
skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and
