are looking for a friendly, approachable, and passionate customer
service/brand representative who is flexible and reliable.Primary
Purpose and Key Accountabilities:-* Assist online customers in a
timely manner.* Coordinates with the sales team, logistics, and
management on a day-to-day operation.* Responsible for the sales
operations and follow-up with planning on pending orders / urgent
requests or items delivery and updates the logistics team
accordingly.* Coordinate with courier partners on the delivery
status.* Make sales invoices and basic data entry.* Data entry.
