specified specifications, layout plan and budget. Must take
responsibility for the technical direction and oversight of all
project elements from planning through implementation and
delivery. A Project Manager - PMP has several core
responsibilities, including:

- Project planning

Develop a comprehensive and comprehensive plan, timelines, and
financial plan.
- Determine its divisions among team members
and their responsibilities.
- Select the various options
available.

Implementation management:
- Initiate
and implement the project according to the schematic diagram and
specified specifications.
- Constant communication and
coordination with team members and external actors.

Dealing with the challenges and obstacles you face during the
implementation stages.

Project follow-up:
- Track
implementation details, costs and resource scheduling.

Evaluating the quality of work and what is needed and the
client’s requirements.
- Providing periodic reports on the
status of the project and the advanced researcher.
Bachelor's
degree in civil engineering or related field
At least 8 years
of experience as an Project Manager
