Job Description:
- The Mid-Level Accountant Specialist is
responsible for financial management and reporting. They maintain
accurate financial records, assist in budgeting, and ensure
compliance with financial regulations.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze
financial statements.
- Budget Management: Assist in budget
development and monitoring.
- Reconciliation: Ensure
accurate account reconciliations.
- Compliance: Stay updated
on financial regulations and ensure tax compliance.
- Audit
Support: Prepare for audits and provide necessary
documentation.
- Financial Analysis: Identify trends and
variances in financial performance.
- Documentation:
Maintain organized financial records.
- Payroll: Oversee
payroll processing for accuracy.
- Vendor Relations: Manage
vendor relationships and invoices.
- Financial Planning:
Collaborate on financial strategies and forecasts.
Bachelor's
degree in Accounting. CPA or relevant certification a plus
3-5
years of accounting experience
Strong accounting, software,
analytical, and communication skills
High attention to detail
for accurate record-keeping
Effective collaboration with
cross-functional teams
Ethical behavior and financial data
confidentiality
Willingness to adapt to changing
regulations
Strong organization and time-management
skills
