- Conduct assigned mystery shopping visits to various retail
stores, restaurants, hotels, and other establishments across
Saudi Arabia
- Evaluate and assess the customer experience
based on predetermined criteria, including customer service,
store appearance, product availability, and adherence to company
standards
- Complete detailed and accurate reports on each
visit, providing objective feedback and recommendations for
improvement
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
at all times
Saudi Citizens
Excellent observational and
analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to
follow instructions
Good written and verbal communication
skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
Access
to a smartphone or computer with internet connectivity to submit
reports
Availability to conduct mystery shopping visits as per
the assigned schedule
