Job Overview:
- You will be responsible for the workflow and
follow-up of shipments, materials, tools, equipment, assets and
labors within the framework of the organization. And track and
report on shipments, working closely with other departments to
maintain delivery schedule awareness. Generate all required
commercial documentation and coordinate with vendor, freight
forwarders, and distribution centers. Constantly assess and
understand risk to ensure all activities are in the best interest
of ABSAR.
Responsibilities and Duties:
•
Oversee labors and their housing and maintain the
vehicles.
• Follow up the movement of workers and their
work and the daily schedule of workers and company assets such as
cars, tools and equipment and their periodic maintenance
etc.
• Full control of vehicles movement through the
system linked to GPS, and ensure the movement of workers and
materials to deliver them safely.
• Effectively
communicate to internal business colleagues as well as external
partners ensuring that Corporate Logistics is meeting or
exceeding our customer expectations and requirements.

Document and distribute information on Corporate Logistics
activities.
• Analyze data and proposes improvements to
productivity/efficiency within all facets of the corporate and
regional Logistics operations.
• Maintains budgeting
responsibility for individual projects and contributes to
increased awareness of and adherence to costs and efficiencies
within the Logistics Division through data analysis and KPI
reporting.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
and training/testing plans for Corporate Logistics and
Distribution Center use related to processes, procedure and
application of systems.
• Identify and provide guidance
and support for staff training in technology areas necessary to
support Logistics operations.
• Achieve comprehensive
knowledge of company compliant shipping requirements.
•
Apply working knowledge of import and export regulations,
supporting all company related shipping.
• Coordinate the
routing of import and export bookings with freight
forwarder.
• Provides supervision, guidance, and support
to all team members regarding transportation logistics that
fosters an environment for learning.
• Perform periodic
analysis of transportation routes, costs, and vendor options as
well as scheduling shipments to ensure optimum service levels and
manage cost containment.
• Develop and maintain positive
customer relations by understanding brand needs, matching to
optimal shipping terms and delivering excellent customer
experience.
• Ability to work with vendor rates to provide
quotes for cross-functional partners.
• Any and all other
responsibilities, in addition to those mentioned above, as
assigned by supervisor/manager. Any interpretation/clarification
with responsibilities above will be settled by the

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply
Chain Management
Fresh graduate or experienced
