- Study the project contract documents for cost, time and
contractual issues and to become familiar with the
project.
- Review & validate the constructed quantities
on the site.
- Reviews the contractors’ invoices and
certifies payments.
- Assisting in assessing the contractor
claims.
- Create takeoff sheets for prospective change
orders prior to their initiation (Subcontractor)..
- Review,
monitor and advise the QS Manager and stakeholders on all
requests for additional payment including measurement, variations
and claims submitted by the subcontractor.
- Coordinate
between other departments regarding the process.
- Assist
in preparing the monthly progress
report.





Bachelor's degree in
Architecture / Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of
experience as Quantity Surveying
Good in English
Good in
Autocad
