• Manage and control the budget of the
Marketing, Business Development, and Client Services

Department.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with
all Category Managers.
• Create and print all marketing
materials in line with the marketing plan.
• Plan and
implement promotional campaigns.
• Manage branding and
corporate identity.
• Prepare online and print marketing
campaigns.
• Monitor and report the effectiveness of
marketing communications.
• Create a wide range of
marketing materials.
• Monitor and manage social media
accounts of the company.
• Work closely with creative and
social media agencies.
• Prepare for product
launches.
• Maintain effective internal communications to
ensure that all relevant company functions are kept

informed of marketing objectives.
• Analyze
potential strategic partner relationships for company
marketing.
• Work in conjunction with New Product
Development to identify product improvements or develop
new
products.
• Remain updated of the current industry trends,
market activities, and competitors.
• Work in conjunction
with New Product Development to develop products according to
customer
requirements and specifications.
• Organize
sales stands at trade shows, exhibits, conferences, seminars to
maintain and improve
customer awareness of NDC products and
their capabilities.
• Attend and manage sales
stands.
• Monitor, review, and report all marketing
activities, challenges, and KPIs on a monthly basis.

Monitor and manage customer relations management.
• Train
new staff on customer handling and in resolving customer
complaints.
• Develop business plans and proposals for a
partnership with key companies and government bodies.

Manage the company’s loyalty program.
• Monitor
competitor movements.
• Conduct market analysis.

Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Any other
tasks assigned to him related to his field of
work.
