components, such as lights, power outlets, data networks.

Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance for switchgear
and transformer in substation are implemented as per approved
schedule and work order.
- Ensure all lightings in offices,
shop floors, stores, roads and boundary are working and
functioning at required time.
- Provide recommendation on
new installation according to alfanar standards.
- Ensure
the assign task to technicians are implemented on schedule and
end user satisfaction
- Desert Cooler
- Ensure all
preventive and corrective maintenance for Desert cooler are
implemented for optimum performance of the unit.
- A/C
(Package Unit and Split type)
- Ensure all A/C such as
package and split unit are regularly maintained for optimum
performance of the unit.
- Ensure all preventive and
corrective maintenance are implemented on schedule.
- Pumps/
water treatment equipment/ Kitchen Equipment’s
- Ensure
technicians performed preventive maintenance implemented on
schedule.
- Ensure corrective and breakdown records are
updated on system.
- Maintain statistical and financial
records.
- Managing spare parts for equipment.
- Ensure
all electrical, and equipment installation are done according to
national l, alfanar norms and safety standards.
- Ensure all
building facilities in good condition and optimum
performance
- Carrying out quality inspections

Operate, maintain and repair building services such as, Desert
coolers, A/C’s, pumps and tanks, water supply and sewage
networks, lights, power, data, camera, and substations, roofs and
gutters.
- Responsible for the control of use and stock for
tools and spare parts for building services
- Manage work
priorities for maintenance with respect to production
requirements.
- technical support, services and essential
duties
- Provide technical support for existing and new
installed utilities.
- Attend staff meetings, technical and
management review meetings, and participate in group
projects.
- Manage and supervise staff and technicians for
their respected works and responsibility.
- Perform all
other duties assigned.
