Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Establish relationships
with new customers
- Maintain and grow relationships with
existing customers
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction
through excellent customer service
- Identify and respond to
client needs
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing
products and services, and learn about new products and services
as they come in
- Follow up on customer orders as
necessary
- Anticipate the needs of clients and address them
accordingly
- Meet with external customers to determine
their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as
appropriate
- Demonstrating specific product functions and
uses
- Building strong customer relations with existing
clients
- Monitoring sales and market trends within specific
industries
- Coordinating delivery of product or
services
- Understanding pricing strategies

- Sell products
and place customer orders in the computer system

Saudi Nationality
High school diploma or
equivalent
Flexibility to work different shifts (including
evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Willingness to participate in
training before hire and on-the job
Excellent oral and written
communication skills
Microsoft Office Proficiency
CRM
Applications and Social Media
Knowledge of customer service
practices and principles
