Roles & responsibilities
We are looking for an Oracle ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to manage, maintain, and enhance our Oracle ERP system (Forms & Reports 6i environment).
The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise (SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms & Reports) and functional understanding across multiple ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, HR, and Procurement.
This role also involves supporting day-to-day IT operations, developing custom reports, and ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities ERP Functional & Technical Responsibilities Manage, support, and enhance the company’s Oracle ERP system (Oracle Forms 6i & Reports 6i).
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Develop and customize Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflows to meet business needs.
Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and packages.
Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, and system configuration across ERP modules.
Handle data migration and integration between Oracle ERP and external systems (APIs, web services, etc.).
Monitor and troubleshoot ERP performance issues and user problems.
Maintain ERP security, user roles, and access controls.
Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation for ERP processes and customizations.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 7+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation, support, and customization.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Forms 6i, Reports 6i, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Deep understanding of functional processes in Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
Experience in ERP integrations, workflow customization, and performance debugging. Strong background in data migration and system automation.
Solid understanding of Oracle database concepts and basic DBA operations.
Proven ability to manage ERP end-to-end and handle user support independently.
